About the VRC

Southwestern University's Visual Resource Collection strives to meet the needs of the art and art history faculty with digital images, a vast archive of 35mm slides, and hands-on technology support. While our focus is on art and art history professors- the biggest image users on campus- we love to support image use by any member of the SU community.

The VRC is located on the third floor of the Fine Arts Building, old wing, and is generally open 8-5 M-F. Email hookerk@southwestern.edu with any questions or comments!

The facility encompasses three Mac computers with Photoshop and other essential software, two large-format Epson scanners, a Nikon dedicated slide scanner, and other technological goodies.
